Choi Sooyoung and Yoon Park are coming together for the new rom-com Send a Fan Letter (literal title).
MBC’s new drama Send a Fan Letter is about an actress who faces the biggest crisis in her career and a man who has to protect his daughter’s fantasy by replying to her with a fake fan letter. It comes from From Now On, Showtime! helmer Jung Sang Hee.
One thing to note is that Send a Fan Letter won the excellence award at the MBC Drama Script Contest for its refreshing outlook on the entertainment business.
Choi Sooyoung steps into the role of Han Kang Hee, the top actress who faces the biggest crisis of her career because of a fan letter. Joining him in the cast is Yoon Park as Bang Jang Seok, a single father who raises a daughter suffering from leukemia. Jung Seok, who wants to make his daughter’s wish come true as she endures the arduous chemotherapy, is a man of a positive and warm personality.
Meanwhile, MBC’s new highly-anticipated drama Send a Fan Letter will premiere in November.
