Honest Candidate 2 shared new set of pictures featuring Seo Hyun Woo and Yoon Doo Joon.
The upcoming comedy movie tells the story of former congresswoman Joo Sang Sook (played by Ra Mi Ran) as she gets her second chance at political success. Just when she is about to be elected again, she and her aide Park Hui Cheol (Kim Moo Yeol) both lose their ability to lie.
Seo Hyun Woo plays civil officer Jo Tae Joo who works at Gangwon Provincial Office. According to the actor himself, he closely observed government officials learn their habits and dress code to bring his role alive in the movie. Fans are also looking forward to seeing his chemistry with his rival Park Hui Cheol as they build up the tight tension in the film.
Yoon Doo Joon will make a cameo appearance as young and rich company owner Kang Yeon Joon, who has the Gangwon Provincial Office wrapped around his finger. He will bring a significant turning point to the movie as a mastermind villain who never lays his cards on the table.
The actor shared, “You will be able to enjoy the new movie as it is filled with various characters and events.”
Honest Candidate 2 will hit theaters on September 28th.
