YG Entertainment announced that pre-orders for BLACKPINK’s upcoming album BORN PINK have exceeded 1.5 million copies.
This highly-anticipated smash is already expected to set all-time records. Considering that the release date for the album (September 16th) is still a month away, it’s not at all impossible for the number to spike up to 2 million, or maybe even 3 million.
Earlier, BLACKPINK has confirmed their appearance in the major American music award ceremony MTV VMAs and scheduled a world tour in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Tomorrow, BLACKPINK will drop the pre-released song “Pink Venom,” heightening the comeback fever.
