Episode 3 of In the Soop: Friendcation had Wooga Squad members enjoying their fun movie night together.

Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, Peakboy, V and Choi Woo Shik watched Our Beloved Summer together while having cold beer with fried chicken. Choi Woo Shik went, “You don’t have to watch my drama,” as everyone put on his series, but he soon changed his mind and jokingly said, “You can’t fall asleep, okay?”

The five were seen extremely focused whenever Woo Shik appeared on the screen. Some even shouted, “The Rom-com King,” while watching him perform his romantic scenes with Kim Da Mi. When the kissing scene came on, everyone, especially Park Seo Joon, went crazy and shouted, “The Rom-com King!” again, and V was seen repeating Woo Shik’s line, “Can you please love me,” when the drama ended.

Woo Shik shared, “I’m usually not that good at emotional scenes requiring tears, but I realized I’ve never said my lines while crying. There was this one scene where I had to act like I was holding back my tears, but I couldn’t, so I did my lines while crying. It was so difficult that I had cramps in the face.” In response, Seo Joon said, “You know, tears falling is not important. I think you should act so that viewers can cry, not yourself. If the viewer is getting emotional and is about to cry, but the character starts crying, then there’s no room for me to cry.”

Hyung Sik commented, “Oddly for me, I have a harder time expressing how I feel inside during my daily life. But I feel like I can relieve those feelings while I’m acting.” Woo Shik chimed in, saying, “Same here. When would I ever cry and get angry as I do in dramas? Doing a scene like that is cathartic.”
