Kang Tae Oh talked about what it was like shooting a kiss scene for the drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

On the 29th, Kang Tae Oh appeared on MBC FM4U’s Kim Shin Young’s Hope Song at Noon as a guest and talked about the hit drama he’s starring in, Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

“I haven’t felt (how popular the drama is), but friends and family keep calling me,” he shared. “I do get a lot of calls after finishing a project, but I’m getting so much feedback now, so I thought, ‘A lot of people really do love our show.'”

Kim Shin Young added, “The kissing scene in the apartment hallway came out so nice. The wittiness and loveliness were all shown through the perfect lightning.” Kang Tae Oh replied, “It was late at night when we were filming that scene, and since we’re in the hallway, we had to keep things quiet. I was really nervous. So I think I talked to Eun Bin more sweetly than usual.”

He then talked about the line he says after being asked about teeth knocking against each other while kissing – “It’d be better if you open your mouth a bit more.” Kang Tae Oh explained, “I was like, ‘how should I say this line?’ because the line, ‘Please open your mouth,’ can be very different based on how you say it. So I thought I’d have to see how things go at the scene, but Eun Bin made the scene so romantic that it just came out so naturally.”

The actor also talked about how he’s different from Lee Jun Ho, the role he’s playing. “I have a similar personality to him, but personally, there are differences too,” he commented. “I’m shy, so I can’t approach people so easily when we first meet. Also, I’m not sweet or delicate. I’m the type to try hard to think as simple and easy as possible.”
