On July 9th, BTS’ V released his self-made video titled [#BTS_VLOG] V | DRIVE VLOG on their official YouTube channel, BANGTANTV.
The video began with the idol saying, “We are going for a drive,” with the caption reading, “Going to play all of my recent favorite songs.” Regarding his upcoming solo album, he said, “I wanted to participate in my album from the very early planning stage. I am currently working hard on my project not to disappoint ARMYs. Honestly, there are too many things I want to try, so if I want to fulfill all my wishes, I will have to shoot a total of eight music videos” He made his fans excited, saying, “As I am also working on my concept photos, please look forward to seeing my new solo album.”
Afterwards, the superstar had his favorite food after getting to the dentist and later took some rest while enjoying the beautiful scenery with music on. While chilling out, he shared his favorite songs from his playlist and started to sing along to the lyrics with his fans. He played around thirty different songs of various genres, and chose as his last song an orchestral song recommended by one of his fans. He also dropped by an indoor golf club and boasted his professional golfing skills.
The video became the most-watched video in a day with 9.5 million views and counting. The previously released video surpassed 20 million views, ranking first in South Korea and fifth globally among the most-viewed videos on YouTube.
