BTS is dominating global music charts with their new album.

BTS caught the attention of fans after announcing their June comeback date. According to a South Korean music platform Hanteo Chart, the new album sold about 2.15 million copies within 10 hours of its release and was recorded as a double million-seller. BTS is currently the only South Korean artists who sold over 2 million copies of their album on their first day of its release.

All tracks in Proof debuted at high ranks on various music charts. The title track, “Yet To Come,” topped Melon’s Top 100 music chart in just one hour, setting a record-breaking milestone in the platform’s history.

According to Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart on the 10th, “Yet To Come” debuted at No. 3 on the chart after racking up 7,178,605 streams on its first day. Meanwhile, another track named “Run BTS” came in at No.6. “Yet To Come” also took the top spot on iTunes Top Songs chart in 97 countries as of the 11th at 11 AM KST, while Proof ranked No.1 on iTunes Top Albums Chart in 65 countries.

Fans around the world are celebrating BTS’ comeback on various social media platforms while posting more than 3 million tweets an hour with hashtags #BTS_Proof and #BTSBackWithProof. On the same day, the hashtags also trended worldwide on Twitter.
