TO1 has announced a temporary hiatus from their activities, leading to various speculations.

On the 24th, Wake One Entertainment released an official statement regarding TO1’s hiatus. “TO1 will go on a break and have time to reorganize from today,” they announced. “And during this time, all the schedules and the members’ social media activities, including fan cafe, Twitter, and Bubble, will be put on hold.”

The label explained that the reorganization is to “recharge so the boys can show a new side of themselves in their next album.” However, Jaeyoon will continue to host Arirang TV’s After School Club every Tuesday, as normal.

This is not the first time TO1 has announced a temporary hiatus. Previously, TO1 (formerly known as TOO) took a break from 2021 to 2022, during which the group’s management rights were transferred to Wake One Entertainment and the team was rebuilt as TO1. Then in April, Chihoon announced his departure from the group, terminating his exclusive contract with the agency.

After the sudden news, fans have poured out numerous speculations. These are some of the comments: “Are they going to debut again as TO2?” “Are they switching out the members?” “It seems likely that there is going to be some serious changes.”
