The May 1st episode of KBS’ 2 Days & 1 Night Season 4 featured a tearful farewell trip for VIXX’s Ravi.
Reflecting on the years he spent with the members, he shared, “Before meeting with them through the show, I did not have many chances to go out to various places and enjoy good food. Thanks to the members, I was able to make many precious and meaningful memories.” Bursting into tears, the singer shared, “From when I was the youngest member of the team to when In Woo joined us, I felt like I have found the only place where I could be myself and fully accepted.” He added, “Thank you for letting me learn from you and giving me such precious advice over the last three years.”
When the rapper took out the gifts he prepared for the members, which were pillows with their faces printed on them, DinDin cracked up and shouted, “People call you Doravi (meaning Cuckoo Ravi) for a reason!” The songwriter then handed out the hats he prepared, which also had the show’s logo on them, as a heartfelt farewell gift for everyone on the show. Receiving the gift, the crew made a witty move by giving the pillow back to the singer. The members chimed in, saying, “Thank you, Ravi. You know what goes around comes around.”
Ravi then took some group photos with the rest of its cast members before his departure and wrapped up his three-year journey by leaving a heartfelt comment: “Thank you for all your love and support over the past three years. I had a very meaningful and unforgettable time while I was on this show. I will be counting the days to meet you again.”
