Weekly TV Top10: ‘Twenty-One Twenty-Five’ Goes Out on a High Note Despite the Controversy Over the Ending

tvN’s Twenty-Five Twenty-One maintained its hot streak throughout its entire run. However, many viewers were unsatisfied with how the ending played out �” some voiced concerns about using the 911 attack as the backdrop for the characters’ romance. SBS’ Business Proposal came in at No.2 for the fourth time. The growing chemistry between the main and supporting leads received glittering reviews. The third and fourth places went to two of JTBC dramas. Forecasting Love and Weather went out on No.3 while receiving mixed reviews towards the end. JTBC’s Thirty-Nine landed on fourth. Although some pointed out that the story could’ve been better, many sang praises for the actors’ outstanding performances. MBC’s Tomorrow got off to a promising start at No.5, but viewers gave varied reviews about how the show turned out. Many �original fans expressed their disappointment with the new live-action adaptation. KBS’ new drama It’s Beautiful Now came in at No.6 in its first week.

Non-Drama Ranking for the 5th Week of March

Mnet’s Queendom Season 2 stayed at No.1 for two weeks straight. The first episode unveiled the opening stages of six teams, followed by VIVIZ and Hyolyn’s Round 1 performances. VIVIZ received favorable reviews for performing to one of GFRIEND’s most iconic songs. Hyolyn also won rave reviews for her incredible singing and spectacular stage production. MBC’s Home Alone ranked fifth for the second time as it continued telling the story between Gian 84 and Song Mino. Park Na Rae was also seen inviting two types of guests to her new house – big eaters (Lee Jang Woo, Cha Seo Won) and small eaters (Sandara Park, Code Kunst) – to hold a special “Narae Luncheon,” marking her fresh start in a new town.
