Jo In Sung and Lee Kwang Soo Talk About How They First Felt About Kim Woo Bin’s Return After His Battle With Cancer

On the last episode of tvN’s variety show Unexpected Business 2, Kim Woo Bin shared how he felt when  he first made his public appearance after his battle with cancer.

In episode 4 of Unexpected Business 2, Cha Tae Hyun, Jo In Sung, Kim Woo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo and Lim Joo Hwan carried out their second day at their supermarket. The cast members had a heartfelt talk over their dinner after having a long day of running the business.

Lee Kwang Soo recalled when he first came across Kim Woo Bin at the Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2019. He said, “I got all teary when I saw him there.” It was when Kim Woo Bin made a surprise appearance as a presenter at the event after a two-and-a-half-year hiatus due to his cancer diagnosis. Jo In Sung replied, “I know, right? I felt the same,” and explained how he felt when he saw in a sleek suit looking all healthy and sound again.

“I was really nervous,” Kim Woo Bin said while recalling the moment he made his first appearance at the event after having almost three years of break. “But I was so grateful to hear all that applause from you,” he added. Jo In Sung said with a smile on his face, “We all rooted for you. You had no idea that you would make your first TV return on a variety show, right?” Lee Kwang Soo jumped in and added, “It’s been a while since we got together like this in person. It’s a shame sad that we all have to wear masks.” Kim Woo Bin said, “I don’t know if my grandmother will recognize me in this mask but there is something I need to tell her while I’m on TV”, and sent a heartfelt video message to his grandmother.

Meanwhile, the teaser gave a sneak peek at Kim Woo Bin making breakfast with Lee Kwang Soo. Would he be able to wrap up his final day at the supermarket successfully?
