(G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua) is returning to the K-pop scene.
On February 24th, (G)I-DLE released a teaser image on their official social media account.
At the center of the image is the album’s title, I NEVER DIE, in a sniper scope. The group also announced the delightful news of making their return on the K-pop scene on March 14th.
This marks the group’s first comeback in one year and two months after releasing their 4th mini-album I BURN in January last year. Notably, this album will be (G)I-DLE’s first full-length album since their debut in 2018.
The group has received much love for their won style of music with songs like “HANN (Alone),” “Senorita,” “DUMDi DUMDi” and “LATATA.”
(G)I-DILE has continued their activities as a five-member group after Soojin left the group in August 2020 due to her school violence scandal. While she admitted some of the claims against her, she denied that she had bullied students back in her school year.
