Ahead of the premiere of MBC’s new weekend drama Tomorrow, Rowoon posed for a pictorial with Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

During an interview after the photoshoot, Rowoon talked about his character Choi Joon Woong. He noted, “Joon Woong is the plainest person that I’ve ever played. He is a grim reaper who guides those who wish to end their lives, but he is not a hero.” He also raised expectations on the show as he said, “It is unrealistic to save everyone who is having a hard time. Joon Woong is different from other typical protagonists we see in dramas or films, and that makes him special.”

When asked if tomorrow, like the title, is important to him, Rowoon quoted a line from a book called The Courage to be Disliked, which says, “The biggest lie in life is not living in the present.” Rowoon added, “The only thing that I can change is the present, as it will soon become the past, and the future is still unknown. Therefore, I am trying to concentrate more on the present moment.”
