Lee Seung Gi was diagnosed with COVID-19.

On the 15th, Hook Entertainment shared, “Ahead of the schedule, he took a self-diagnosis kit test, and the result came out positive. We canceled the schedule and did a PCR test and was confirmed with COVID in the afternoon.”

The actor already got the COVID booster shot but was confirmed with the virus. After adjusting the schedules, Lee Seung Gi went into self-quarantine for a week.

Lee Seung Gi is currently appearing on JTBC’s Singer Again 2 and SBS’s Master in the House.

Master in the House confirmed Lee Seung Gi’s absence from next week’s recording. However, it seems like he’ll join the show again the week after that.

JTBC, on the other hand, shared, “The latest shooting for Singer Again 2 took place at the end of January. And Lee Seung Gi made zero contact with the Singer Again 2 team.” The production team continued, “There is still time left until the next recording, so we believe Lee Seung Gi will join the shooting as scheduled. We have no plans on changing the schedule as of now.”
