SBS’ new Monday-Tuesday drama A Business Proposal is set to premiere on February 21st, 10PM KST.
Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, the drama is about an office employee who goes on a blind date in her friend’s place, only to find that her date is the CEO of the company she works.
On January 24th, the show unveiled its first teaser clip featuring Ahn Hyo Seop as Kang Tae Mu. Kang Tae Mu is an attractive CEO who has it all from looks to wealth to talent.
While it seems out of place for someone like him to go on a blind date, Kang Tae Mu decides to marry a woman he just met on the spot. He is full of confidence as he has never been rejected in his life before.
However, Shin Ha Ri (kim Se Jong) flatly turns him down, adding amusement to the series. Bewildered, Kang Tae Mu demands to know why she rejected him and keeps on pursuing her. Shin Ha Ri feels flustered at the unexpected situation and says, “I just hate everything about you!”
The show is currently garnering attention with the quirky and chaotic relationship between Kang Tae Mu and Shin Ha Ri. Notably, Kang Tae Mu raises the curiosity of the drama fans as he addresses Shin Ha Ri as ‘Geum Hee’ instead of Jin Young Seo (Ha Ri’s friend) or Shin Ha Ri.
