KBS’ upcoming drama When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon (literal title) has released its first teaser.
Set in the time when Prohibition ruled, the series tells the love story of the nation’s greatest inspector who lives a very moral life and a struggling aristocrat who illegally makes alcohol to support her family.
The trailer introduces the lives of four youths living in an era where drinking was strictly prohibited. Nam Young (Yoo Seung Ho) is a skilled inspector who comes to Hanyang to revive his family, Kang Ro Seo (Hyeri) is an aristocrat who becomes the breadwinner of her family after the death of her parents, Lee Pyo (Byun Woo Seok) is an alcoholic crown prince, and Han Ae Jin (Kang Mina) is the cherished only daughter of a noble family who can be a little unpredictable.
The production team commented, “Set in the prohibition era of Joseon, the thrilling stories of these four individuals, who revolt against what is forbidden, will provide viewers with fresh entertainment and capture the hearts of fans and those who are unfamiliar with Korean historical dramas. So please stay tuned for this upcoming series.”
When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon will premiere on December 20th following the conclusion of The King’s Affection.
