Kang Tae Oh has been cast as the male lead in the new TV series Strange Lawyer Woo Young Woo (literal title).

Earlier today, a media outlet reported that Kang Tae Oh has recently joined the cast of Strange Lawyer Woo Young Woo. Soon, the actor’s agency Man of Creation confirmed the news, saying the actor will play the male lead Lee Joon Ho.

Strange Lawyer Woo Young Woo follows a 27-year-old woman with Asperger syndrome, Woo Young Woo, as she starts working as a lawyer in a large firm. Previously, it was reported that Park Eun Bin is in talks to take on the title role, Woo Young Woo.

Lee Joon Ho, played by Kang Tae Oh, is an employee of a law firm Baekryong. Although he possesses a captivating charm, he is not conscious of his popularity or takes advantage of it. In all, he’s the kind of person who puts others ahead of him. Unswayed by any temptation, Lee sets out to solve the cases by helping Woo Young Woo, a strange and high-maintenance lawyer.

Meanwhile, Kang Tae Oh has solidified his position as a leading actor this year through shows like Run On and Doom at Your Service.
