According to Nielsen Korea, the 8th episode of Lovers Of The Red Sky recorded average nationwide ratings of 8.9 percent and became the most viewed Monday-Tuesday drama for eight consecutive weeks.

In particular, the end of the latest episode shocked the viewers in revealing the devil in Haram’s body (played by Ahn Hyo Seop) in front of Hong Chun Gi (Kim Yoo Jung) and Prince Yangmyung (Gong Myung).

In the episode, Haram confessed his heart to Hong Chun Gi, telling her why he couldn’t keep his promise 19 years ago. His tragic story broke her heart, and she became his shoulder to cry on.

Later, Hong Chun Gi became a painter in Gohwawon and ran into Haram in the palace. He brought her to Cheonuidae, a place where he sees constellations in the night sky. The two had a good time while watching the Big Dipper and sharing their childhood memories.

Lovers Of The Red Sky is now unraveling the story about the devil that entered Haram’s body 19 years ago and the characters’ struggle to defeat and seal the devil.

Prince Juhyang (Kwak Si Yang) found out that Haram harbors a devil in his body, and Haram realized that he loses his memories whenever he meets Hong Chun Gi. Having confirmed their feelings for each other, expectations are rising as the dangerous romance nears its climax.
