Blackpink’s Lisa is achieving overwhelming results by setting yet another record on YouTube as a K-pop female solo artist.

According to YG Entertainment, “LALISA” MV has surpassed 200 million views on YouTube on the 24th at 3:41 AM KST. It has been about 13 days and 14 hours since the video was released. This is by far the shortest record set by the K-pop female solo artist.

The previous record was held by Jennie’s “SOLO,” which took 90 days to reach 200 million views. Rosé’s “On The Ground” followed the chart with 123 days. It means that Blackpink’s members are now ranked in the Top 3 among all K-pop female solo artists.

While Blackpink’s solo projects are in progress, this rank proves the act’s explosive growth in popularity and their influence in the global market. In fact, whenever Blackpink releases a new track, regardless as a group or as a solo artist, they are continuing the record-breaking streak.

Meanwhile, “LALISA” MV has reached 100 million views on YouTube in a little over two days. With it, it became the fastest MV by any K-pop solo-artists to reach the mark. In addition, the track topped iTunes Top Song Charts in 72 countries, ranked 15th on the Spotify Global Chart.
