According to Starnews, the three actors were cast to star in Dog Days, directed by Kim Deok Min and produced by JK Film. Dog Days is an omnibus film that tells the story of various people growing up with their pets.

It is said that Youn Yuh Jung and Kim Yun Jin joined the production with the trust in JK Film and their relationship with director Kim. And Kim Seon Ho decided to take part in the film because of his respect for the senior actors.

Since his debut, Kim Seon Ho has starred in various TV series and shows, including Start-Up and 2 Days 1 Night. And only recently, he had decided to make his big-screen debut with Sad Tropics. Moreover, he was also confirmed to take the lead in the new rom-com movie 2 O’Clock Date with YoonA. From noir and rom-com to human drama, the actor will fill the screen with various colors.

After finishing Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Kim will start filming Sad Tropics in November. Then he will begin working on Dog Days in January next year and 2 O’Clock Date in March.

On the other hand, Youn Yuh Jung will continue her promotions as Korea’s first Academy Award winner, such as attending the Academy Museum in Los Angeles later this year. After that, she will join the production of Dog Days.

Meanwhile, Dog Days plans to start filming from the end of December to the beginning of January next year after finishing pre-production.
