SHINee’s Minho will challenge a new genre for the first time.
On the 15th, SM Entertainment confirmed that Minho was cast to take the lead in the reality-based suspense collection series Goosebumps.
Goosebumps is the first new media content presented by Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum and Forbidden Dream director Jeong Beom Sik. This new omnibus 8-part series illustrates the horrors that are often encountered in everyday life and props.
Minho will lead an episode by playing Hoon, an innocent man with a curious mind who receives a mysterious letter. Previously, Choi Ji Woo and trot singer Jung Dong Won were cast as the leading actors of another episode.
Meanwhile, Minho is gradually expanding his acting spectrum by appearing in Kakao TV original series Lovestruck in the City, which ended recently, and TVING original series Yumi’s Cells, which will premiere on the 17th.
Goosebumps will premiere on Kakaro TV by the end of this year.
