On 5th, during the showcase marking SF9’s release of their 9th mini-album TURN OVER, they announced that HwiYoung played a significant role in renewing their contract with FNC.
Previously, all members of SF9 have renewed their contract with FNC Entertainment. Regarding this, HwiYoung said, “There are still many things we want to do and establish. So, we have all decided to renew the contract. Indeed, we had many things on our own agenda. And we thought it is an opportunity to unite all together as a group, so we proceeded without hesitation.”
Young Bin said, “HwiYoung was the one who appealed to all members about renewing the contract. We all shared many deep conversations. I am thankful for all his effort.”
HwiYoung added, “When we brought up the renewal to the representative, he promised to stay supportive forever as long as we work hard. It would be best if we could keep up with the group activities, but there are personal goals as well.”
He also added and got warm waves of laughter by saying, “Personally, we want to keep it going until we can walk and sing.” Jae Yoon, who heard this, said, “Nowadays, people live for 100 years. I want to be in this group until I am 100 years old.”
