On June 15th, Gilstory ENT confirmed that Kim Nam Gil would be starring in the new SBS crime series Those Who Read Hearts of Evil (literal title).
Those Who Read Hearts of Evil is a crime thriller that tells the story of criminal profilers who struggle to read the minds of serial killers. It’s based on the novel of the same name written by Go Na Noo and the first South Korean profiler Kwon Il Young.
For the series, Kim will play Song Ha Young, a criminal profiler who goes deeper into humans’ minds more than anyone else. Not only is he charismatic, but he will also be the one leading the investigation into the serial killers.
Those Who Read Hearts of Evil will begin filming as soon as the casting is completed. As soon as he finished filming the series, he will start working on the previously confirmed project.
Meanwhile, Kim Nam Gil has two filmed waiting to be released this year, The Protector and Emergency Declaration. Back in April, he finished filming Night Trip with Ha Jung Woo.
