MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday show Black Sun, which is scheduled to air in the second half of the year, released the pictures from the table read.
Black Sun begins when a top NIS agent, who went missing a year ago, returns to the organization and finds an internal traitor who dropped him into the abyss. It is a work by Park Seok Ho, who won the 2018 MBC Drama Screenplay Contest with the story.
The production team and actors who will lead Black Sun gathered for a table read. Writer Park Seok Ho and director Kim Sung Yong attended the event, and actors like Nam Koong Min, Park Ha Sun, Kim Ji Eun, Kim Byung Ki, Lee Geung Young, Jang Young Nam came ad gave life to the event.
After finishing the table read, Nam Koong Min expressed his confidence, saying, “I was certain that our show would do so well because I am with amazing actors.” Park Ha Sun added, “After performing the table read today, I realized how fun the story was. I will do my best to do better in front of the camera,” expressing her passion. And Kim Ji Eun shared, “It was my first time reading the script in front of my fellow actors. I’m happy that we are off to a good start. I will also try my best to bring joy to the audience.”
