More scandals surrounding Kim Jung Hyun are surfacing. On April 8th, the dating rumor with his Crash Landing On You co-star Seo Ji Hye has hit the wire. Then, in the process of clearing the air, his conflicts with the agency over the contract broke out. In response, O& Entertainment filed for dispute mediation with the Korea Entertainment Management Association (CEMA) over the two sides’ conflicting opinions on the exclusive contract.

Currently, Kim Jung Hyun and his agency struggle to overcome differences between how long their exclusive contract should last. The actor claims that the contract has already expired. However, the agency states they still have 11 months until the expiration. The company claims that it needs to exclude the period that he had gone into hiatus since he abruptly exited the production of Time due to his health issues. As their dispute will most likely be prolonged, the case may require CEMA’s mediation. Simultaneously, Kim Jung Hyun’s incense attitude at the press conference for Time turned up again, sparking an adverse reaction against the actor.
