Hospital Playlist 2 will start filming later this month.
According to Starnews report, tvN’s Hospital Playlist 2 (directed by Shin Won Ho, penned by Lee Woo Jung) will begin filming sometime around January 20.
Originally, the drama was scheduled to hold its first table read in early-December and begin its filming in mid-December. But with the surge in COVID-19 cases, all production was pushed back a month.
The first table read, now delayed to early-January, will be conducted in small groups to follow the health authorities’ guidelines (meetings are only allowed when there are less than four people). Also, actors, producers and all staff will undergo COVID-19 tests before the first shooting and can only take part in the production once they’ve been cleared of the virus.
Furthermore, the production team decided to keep all their schedules and locations in private to prevent outsiders from visiting the set.
Meanwhile, Hospital Playlist 2 is most likely to be programmed in May. However, the network is also considering premiering the drama in June in case the schedule being altered by the pandemic.
