Seventeen will make their first appearance on the popular late-night talk show The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Today, Pledis Entertainment announced, “Seventeen will appear on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Jan 6.” The Late Late Show with James Corden (also known as Late Late) is an American late-night talk show hosted by James Corden on CBS. With the COVID-10 pandemic, Corden has been hosting the show via Zoom link.
For their appearance, Seventeen has prepared a splendid performance of “HOME;RUN,” the title track of the special album they dropped in October last year. “HOME;RUN” is a song that features retro sounds based on the swing genre. It has been loved by many music fans for its more mature, colorful, musical-like performance.
Meanwhile, the group has been raising its profile in the global market in recent years, ranking in “The 40 best K-pop songs of 2020” by Dazed and “The Songs and Albums That Defined K-Pop’s Monumental Year in 2020” by Time Magazine.
