Gugudan will officially disband on the upcoming 31st.
Their agency, Jellyfish Entertainment, had announced through their official fan cafe, “Gugudan will end their official group activities on December 31st, after working hard and receiving a lot of love since their debut.”
The company explained that the decision to end group activities was made after long, cautious, and in-depth discussions with the members of Gugudan. They reported, “Although group activities have come to an end, we will do our best to provide full support for the members’ individual activities in various fields such as music and acting.”
Jellyfish Entertainment added, “We thank you once again for the huge support everyone has sent, and sincerely apologize to Gugudan’s fans for the sudden news.”
