JYP Entertainment’s new artist NiziU has grabbed the eyes of local viewers as they appeared on the Japanese TV show Music Station along with various award ceremonies and year-end specials.
On the evening of December 25th, NiziU performed their pre-debut song, “Make You Happy,” on TV Asahi’s main music show Music Station. Fans were particularly happy as NiziU’s Miihi, who took a hiatus due to health-related issues, rejoined the group. Along with Miihi’s appearance, they took over the first place on Twitter Trending Live.
On the upcoming 30th, the group will also attend TBS’ Japan Record Awards hosted by the Japanese Composer’s Association to win the special award and perform a celebratory stage.
Additionally, on the last day of 2020, NiziU will be appearing on NHK’s Red and White Song Battle. This is only 29 days after the group’s official debut on December 2nd.
Recently, NiziU won the “Yahoo Search Topic 2020” award from Yahoo Japan. They are also making a solid presence by modeling for major brands such as Coca-Cola Japan and the Shibuya 109 Shopping Mall.
Meanwhile, JYP’s new girl group NiziU is enjoying their success as their pre-debut song “Make You Happy” and official debut song “Step and a Step” are prevailing.
