Earlier today, News 1 reported that Suga participated in BTS’s recent schedule, signaling possible resumption, and Big Hit Entertainment responded.
News1 reported, “Suga is currently participating in BTS’s commercial shooting.” With this, attention focused on whether Suga will be resuming his activities just seven weeks after his shoulder surgery.
Soon Big Hit Entertainment told Newses later in the day, “We cannot confirm anything except the schedule that has already been released. We ask for your understanding.”
Meanwhile, Suga underwent a shoulder surgery and halted all proportion schedules in order to solely focus on his recovery. At the time, Big Hit stated, “SUGA also felt that it was important for him to restore himself to good health to prepare for his mandatory military service as well as his post-service musical career. After extensive discussion with the company, the decision was made to undergo the surgical procedure.”
With this decision, Suga sat out of most official activities, including all year-end K-pop awards ceremonies.
