Ha Jung Woo will star in Kakao M film Night Trip (literal title).
An official from Ha Jung Woo’s agency WALKHOUSE Company said, “Ha Jung Woo recently confirmed his appearance on the film Night Trip and is discussing details.” No schedule has been confirmed.
Night Trip is a mystery thriller about what happens when a detective finds out that the case he is in charge of strangely resembles the book that the victim’s best-seller wife wrote. Ha Jung Woo will play the detective who tracks down the truth behind the case.
The Shepherd director Kim Jin Hwang will be directing the film and SANAI Pictures, which produced New World, Asura: The City of Madness and The Spy Gone North, will be in charge of production. The movie will be released as a digital platform, but it is also reportedly considering a theater release.
Ha Jung Woo will start filming Night Trip in January next year and later promote his new films Suriname (literal title) and Kidnapped (literal title).
