Haters who write malicious comments about MAMAMOO were fined.
On November 16, the group’s label RBW said, “We have hired law firm OhKims to deal with malicious postings such as online malicious slander, spreading false information, and defamation. Some were punished with fines, and we have filed additional complaints against some and are continuing with strong follow-up measures.”
They added that they are reviewing and proceeding with all cases with the highest level of legal action with zero tolerance.
RBW continued, “we will continue to make every effort to protect the rights and interests of our artists through continuous data collection, monitoring, and uncompromising legal actions. We ask for our fans’ active reports, and thank you once again for your support for our company and our artists.”
