‘Start-Up’ and ‘Search’ Both See a Solid Start

Yesterday, two new dramas joined the weekend viewership competition.

According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of tvN’s new weekend drama Start-Up, starring Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk, recorded 4.5% viewership and soared up to 5.3%. Start-Up is a youth romance drama that depicts the “Start” and “Up” (grow up) of young people who have entered the world of start-up.

OCN’s new weekend drama Search garnered 2.6% viewer ratings, marking a solid start. In the episode, the search party was seen setting out to the DMZ (demilitarized zone) to search for a missing soldier.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s More Than Friends recorded 1.6%, while SBS’s Alice saw a slight rise to 9.0%. Channel A’s Lie After Lie is continuing its record-breaking streak, garnering 5.828% viewership.
