Park Bo Gum completed his six weeks of basic military training.
The actor attended the 669th training completion ceremony for sailors held at the Naval Education & Training Command in the city of Changwon on Oct. 8. In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held without inviting family members or acquaintances.
On the same day, 1,297 people completed the training. And of them, Park Bo Gum, who joined the military on Aug. 31, is also included.
Park Bo Gum will serve as a cultural promotion soldier of the Navy’s military band. He is scheduled to discharge in April 2022.
Even after joining the army, Park Bo Gum will continue to greet his fans with his projects. Currently, he is starring as Sa Hye Joon in tvN drama Record of Youth. After the show ends, two new films will be released: Seobok (literal title), starring Park Bo Gum and Gong Yoo, and Wonderland (literal title), starring Suzy, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik.
