SHINee’s Key, who is serving his mandatory military service, is currently on his last vacation and will be discharged on Oct. 7 without returning to the unit.
According to a media outlet, Key is currently on his last vacation as a soldier. He will be discharged from the military on Oct. 7 without returning to the military in the aftermath of the COVID-19.
In February, the Ministry of National Defense has been controlling all soldiers’ vacations, outings, overnight stays, and visits after some soldiers were tested positive with COVID-19. In addition, soldiers are adjusting their schedules for their last vacation so they can leave the military without returning to the unit.
Meanwhile, Key joined the military in March last year and has fulfilled his military duty as an active member of the military band. He became the second member of SHINee to finish his military service.
