BTS said that the release of their new song “Dynamite” was a challenge.
BTS, who will release their digital single Dynamite at 1:00 p.m. on August 21 KST, held an online press conference earlier in the day. About their new song, BTS said, “We actually had no plans on releasing the song, but it was a new attempt.”
RM said, “Originally, the release of ‘Dynamite’ was never planned. But we had so much fun listening to it. So we got really excited while recording it and thought that we wanted to share it with our fans as soon as possible. So we agreed on releasing it as a single.”
“It’s a really exciting song. It’s lively and fresh. I hope people will gain vitality with this song. Because we are releasing it as a digital single with such mind, this is a challenge for us,” he continued.
V added, “Everyone is having a hard time, and that’s why we’re releasing an unplanned song. We want to show more of our hearts, and that kind of mind has become stronger. I sincerely hope that our new song will boost many people who are facing difficult times.”
“Dynamite” is a disco-pop song that contains BTS’s sincerity to spread vitality to global fans who are going through a difficult time with COVID-19. It will be released at 1:00 p.m. on August 21 KST.
