On August 3, JYP Entertainment released the teaser image of Park Jin Young’s new song “When We Disco (Duet with Sunmi).”
“When We Disco (Duet with Sunmi),” is raising expectations as Park Jin Young’s collaboration with his “favorite student” Sunmi, who has established herself as an unrivaled female solo artist in the K-POP scene.
In the teaser image, the two are dancing together as if drunk in music under the sparkling lights. With only one image, the two give off a fantastic chemistry and unique presence, drawing the attention of many music fans.
It is said that their collaboration was made thanks to their “memories.” Sunmi sent Park Jin Young the music they enjoyed during Wonder Girls’ activities in the US, and Park Jin Young was inspired by the lyrics of the song “I miss you so much, When we disco.”
