Lee Hyori apologized to SSAK3 members regarding the karaoke controversy.
In the latest episode of MBC’s How Do You Play?, Rain, Yoo Jae Suk, and Lee Hyori gathered in Rain’s office.
To Lee Hyori, who looks emaciated, Yoo Jae Suk said, “Your face looks terrible.” Then he jokingly added, “Let’s all be a bit careful before we make our debut,” trying to lighten the mood, but Lee Hyori covered her face and burst into tears.
Looking surprised, Rain said, “She is a really strong person. I saw her before the shooting, and she looked so depressed. So I held her hands.” Lee Hyori replied, “Maybe I should leave the show. I’m causing trouble for the team. Find another member and do it with her. I should just go back to Jeju Island. I wasn’t thinking straight. Guess I was too excited (about being Linda G).”
Yoo Jae Suk comforted her by saying, “Everyone can make a mistake.”
Earlier on July 1, Lee Hyori visited a karaoke room with Girls’ Generation’s Yoona. However, when someone pointed out the visit to karaoke in such times may not be so appropriate, she quickly put on the mask and finished the live streaming.
When the controversy caused a stir, both Lee Hyori and Yoona issued an apology.
