BLACKPINK‘s “How You Like That” music video set a new world record of reaching 100 million views in the shorted period on YouTube.

According to YG Entertainment, the music video for BLACKPINK’s new song “How You Like That” surpassed 100 million views on YouTube at 2:23 a.m. on June 28 KST.

Such a record was made in only 32 hours since the official release of the music video at 6:00 p.m. on June 26 KST. The previous record was held by BTS and their song “Boy With Luv,” which reached 100 million views within 37 hours 37 minutes.

As a result, BLACKPINK has written a new history in K-POP History and has a total of 19 videos with over 100 million views.

The number of YouTube subscribers has also been soaring since the release of the music video. Currently, the number of subscribers is 39 million. This is the second-best record set by female artists, following Ariana Grande. This figure proves BLACKPINK’s global influence and worldwide popularity.
