MAMAMOO‘s Hwasa has officially entered her comeback countdown.
Hwasa ‘s label RBW released a teaser video for the title track of Hwasa’s first mini-album, Maria, on its official website at midnight on June 27 KST.
Ther overall atmosphere of the video was intense. Hwasa was watching a scene of chaos with a camera flash. She soon reached out her hand, and the screen switched.
She showed off her girl crush charm as usual. Hwasa posed enchantingly in the triangular bathtub. An addictive melody from the song followed. Hwasa reappeared in a bloody apron, and her hands were also covered in blood.
Later, she invited people in red masks. The table was decorated with only pieces of keyboard and wires. At the end, she sat by the bathtub, looking at the reflection of herself.
The title track “Maria” is a written by Hwasa herself and tells the story of her different ego “Maria.” It also heralded the all-time nest performances as hitmaker choreographer Lia Kim participated in the song’s choreography. An official said, “She will show an even bolder performance.”
Meanwhile, Hwasa will released her first mini-album, Maria, at 6:00 p.m. on June 29 KST.
