Song Joong Ki Talks About His Recent Life During an Interview

Actor Song Joong Ki candidly opened up about his daily life.

Song Joong Ki’s agency, HISTORY D&C, posted a video of Song Joong Ki’s interview under the title of “Song Joong Ki’s Now” on its official YouTube channel on June 18.

When asked about the start of his day, Song Joong Ki answered, “Almost every morning is the same. I exercise pilates early in the morning. At first, I started for rehabilitation purposes when I hurt my knee, but now feel like my mind is getting clearer as I practice pilates every morning.”

He also said that he mostly watches movies when he is at home and added, “I also do dishes. I actually machine washed my clothes this morning and didn’t get a chance to dry them, so I’m worried they might smell.”

“I also practiced intermittent fasting for about a month because I didn’t want to get any older. But I gave up before I hit one month,” he said, giving a sense into how much he is putting effort into staying fit.

Then on June 19, his 25-cut pictorial was released. Song Joong Ki’s never-changing appearance caught the eye.

Song Joong Ki, who signed an exclusive contract with HISTORY D&Cin January, is scheduled to meet audiences this fall with the movie Space Sweepers.
