‘Good Casting’ Comes to End After Topping Viewership Among all Monday-Tuesday Dramas for 16 Consecutive Weeks

Good Casting ended with the highest viewership among all Monday-Tuesday dramas.

According to Nielsen Korea, the 16th episode of SBS’s Good Casting, which aired on June 16, recorded 7.9 percent and 9.8 percent viewership.

The figure is up from 6.6 percent and 8.1 percent viewership recorded in the previous episode and is the best result among all Monday-Tuesday dramas. Good Casting did not miss the No.1 spot in the viewership chart of all Monday-Tuesday dramas from the first episode to the end. However, it failed to surpass the highest viewership of 12.3 percent recorded in the first episode.

The 15th and 16th episodes of MBC’s Dinner Mate recorded 3 percent and 4.2 percent viewership, while the 7th episode of JTBC’s Sweet Munchies also maintained its 0 percent viewership by recording 0.57 percent nationwide.

In the case of KBS2, After The Rain, which aired instead of Monday-Tuesday dramas, recorded 2.5 percent viewership.

Meanwhile, the 8th episode of TV Chosun’s King Maker: The Change of Destiny soared up to 6 percent viewership in the highlight scene, once again breaking its own highest viewership.

And the 6th episode of tvN’s My Unfamiliar Family recorded an average of 4.1 percent and the highest viewership of 5.0 percent, breaking its best record.
