On May 28th, Taeyang released the fourth episode of his documentary WHITE NIGHT on his official Youtube channel.
During the episode titled “Rise again,” Taeyang revealed that there was a time when everything was hard for him.
He shared, “I really didn’t want to do it at the time. I didn’t want to be a singer, and I didn’t like doing music like the way I was doing it. It was because I debuted as a solo artist after Big Bang promotions and then came back as Big Bang when my solo promotions were over. I was pushing myself so my mental state was not at a good place.”
But Taeyang shared that he also learned a lot during that period. He said, “I can’t say that I regret it because I learned the answer to how I am supposed to work, how to treat people, and what is more important to me. If I didn’t have that, then I wouldn’t be here right now.”
