Kkondae Intern continues to lead the pack in viewership for Wednesday-Thursday Dramas.
According to Nielsen Korea, the fifth and sixth episodes of MBC’s Kkondae Intern, which aired on May 27, recorded 4.2 percent and 6.4 percent viewership nationwide. In particular, the viewership peaked as high as 8.3 percent in the ending scene where Park Hae Jin was seen saving the dog.
These figures are up from 3.5 percent and 4.7 percent recorded in the previous episodes, and are close to 4.4 percent and 6.5 percent viewership recorded in the first and second episodes.
During the episode, Park Hae Jin became the “wannabe” superior, whereas Kim Eung Soo became an intern who caused trouble. However, at the end of the episode, Kim Eung Soo was about to give mouth-to-mouth to Park Hae Jin, who collapsed from dog fur allergy, drawing attention.
The 13th and 14th episodes of KBS 2TV’s Fix You recorded poor viewership of 2 percent and 2.7 percent. The third episode of JTBC’s Mystic Pop-Up Bar recorded 3.672 percent viewership.
