Nam Bo Ra and VIXX’s Hyuk to Star in New Film ‘Croissant’

Actor Nam Bo Ra and VIXX‘s Hyuk (Han Sang Hyuk) have confirmed their appearances in the movie Croissant (literal translation).

Nam Bo Ra and Hyuk’s agencies announced in a press release that the two actors will work together in a new film, Croissant.

Croissant depicts the process of incomplete youth standing at a crossroads between reality and ideal moving forward to complete their dreams. It will present a warm consolation to the youth.

Nam Bo Ra, who made a strong impression with her passionate performances and cute and plump charms, will play the main character Sung Eun. Sung Eun is the owner of a bakery and a patissier with a warm heart and passion.

VIXX’s Hyuk will take on the role of Hee Jun. Hee Jung is a character who struggles for his dream with bright energy despite the harsh reality. Hyuk, who has been expanding his territory to musical, movies, and small screens, will once again solidify his position as an actor.

Croissant, which is produced by WOW and YJ GLOBAL GROUP, will be directed by Cho Sung Kyu. Director Cho Sung Kyu made his debut in 2010 with Second Half, and was loved for his calm portrayals with heartwarming stories, including The Winter of the Year was Warm, and The Skill of Remarriage.
