Apink’s Park Chorong to Make Her Big Screen Debut with ‘Poor Family’

The human comedy movie Poor Family is drawing attention as Apink‘s Park Chorong‘s big-screen debut film.

Park Chorong, who made her debut as the leader of Apink in 2011, has made her face known with her innocent looks and outstanding charms. At the same time, she made her debut as an actor through sitcom All My Love and continued her career as both a singer and an actor.

She later appeared in Plus Nine Boys and Romance Special Law, proving herself to be a solid actor.

Now, Park Chorong has broadened her territory into movies. Her new film, Poor Family, is a human comedy movie that tells the story of Yu Ri, whose only friend was music, meets Da Hye’s special family, and eventually grows up as a person. Park Chorong’s role, Yu Ri, is a student who dreams of becoming a violinist and is introverted but with a warm heart. Yu Ri faces a crisis with jealousy from her classmates because of her beauty and talents, but encounters Da Hye and her special Family, which changes her life.

Park Chorong’s chemistry with Park Won Sang, who plays the father of Yu Ri, rookie actors Do Ji Han and Kim Da Ye heralded a new human comedy film.

Poor Family will give healing to the audience with its charming family chemistry, will premiere in July.
