Actor Lee Sun Bin‘s agency Wellmade Star ENT claimed that she has violated the exclusive contract and signaled a legal action against her.
According to Wellmade Star ENT, Lee Sun Bin signed an exclusive contract with the label back in 2016. She is still lawfully an artist under Wellmade Star. However, in September 2018, the actor requested to nullify her contract and filed a lawsuit against the head of the agency.
They added, “In the process, Lee Sun Bin seriously damaged the reputation of the company and the company’s CEO by filing false accusations. The complaint was concluded as ‘not guilty.'”
In addition, the agency added, “We asked Lee Sun Bin to correct severe violations of the contract as soon as possible.” These include providing documentation of her entertainment promotions and revenues since September of 2018, informing all the works that she is currently involved in to further communicate with the agency, and paying the company compensation for her illegal entertainment activities.
Wellmade Star ENT concluded that they are planning on taking strict legal action against Lee Sun Bin should she fail to implement all the demands and that they will even hold her criminally liable for her false accusations.
Meanwhile, Lee Sun Bin will appear in OCN’s dramatic cinema Team Bulldog: Off-duty Investigation, which will premiere on May 23.
