New movie #ALIVE (literal translation), in which actors Yoo Ah In and Park Shin Hye have come together, will be released next month.
On May 18, Lotte Entertainment, the distributor, announced that the movie has confirmed its title as #ALIVE and unveiled two different launching posters.
#ALIVE is a survival thriller about those who are isolated in an apartment as data, Wi-Fi, text messages, and phones all cut off amid people with unknown symptoms start to attack.
The released launching posters capture images of survivors powerfully and freshly in the middle of the chaotic city. In one of the posters, Jun Woo (Yoo Ah In), the only survivor, is seen trying to grab a cell phone signal by hanging on the edge of the apartment, stimulating curiosity.
Another poster shows the sudden situation of Jun Woo and Yoo Bin (Park Shin Hye), the other survivor, being isolated in an apartment where mysterious beings roam about. On top of that, the phrases “#KoreaSeoul,” “#AM06:24,” and “#Internet Disconnected” raise questions, heralding an intense story, and unpredictable development that will unfold in front of the survivors.
