Attention is focusing on whether actor Yeo Jin Goo will return to the small screen after a year.
According to the news report on May 16, Yeo Jin Goo is currently reviewing JTBC’s offer to star in a new drama The Monster (literal translation).
The Monster is a collaboration drama between producer Shim Na Yeon, who directed JTBC’s web-drama Hip Hop Teacher and drama Moment at Eighteen, starring Ong Seung Wu and Kim Hyang Gi, and writer Kim Soo Jin, most known for KBS2’s Mad Dog.
If the actor stars in the upcoming drama, he will be returning to the small screen after about a year since tvN’s Hotel del Luna, which ended in September last year. Since the drama ended with its own all-time high viewership of 12.0 percent, attention is focusing on Yeo Jin Goo’s next project.
Meanwhile, Yeo Jin Goo has also confirmed his appearance in an entertainment show. Along with Sung Dong Il and Kim Hee Won, Yeo Jin Goo is scheduled to star in tvN’s new entertainment show House on Wheels. The show depicts the cast experiencing life in various places around Korea.
