G-Dragon Catches the Eye with His Art-Filled Penthouse Apartment

Big Bang‘s G-Dragon, who made headlines by purchasing a penthouse worth 9 billion KRW (approx. 7,298,150 USD), unveiled the inside of his house. In particular, the interior full of artworks that are worth millions of dollars grabbed the attention.

On May 15, G-Dragon posted several pictures of his house on his Instagram, along with cute emoticons. In one of the photos, G-Dragon is seen sitting in his living room as his feet were showed at the corner. The rest of the photos that show his art-filled house has become the talk of the town.

G-Dragon owns a variety of works at home, starting with the Big Bang paintings by Naoki Tomita, the works of David Hockney, Jean Royere, George Condo, Charlotte Perriand, Ettore Sottsass, and Jean Prouve. Each of their painting is known to worth six figures.

Before G-Dragon bought the penthouse, Super Junior‘s Lee Teuk was an idol with the most expensive house worth 4.3 billion KRW (approx. 3,487,000 USD).

G-Dragon was scheduled to take the Coachella stage in April as a member of Big Bang, but it has been postponed to October due to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
